Nursing

The Faculty of Nursing is committed to the education of students for entry to the nursing profession, to prepare nurse leaders who contribute to the development of emerging health care systems and to offer research and educational initiatives that advance health and wellness.

Where do I get advising?

The Faculty of Nursing offers advising through their Undergraduate Progams office. Contact (403) 220-4636 to speak to a member of their staff who can provide information on your program and course requirements.

Programs

The Faculty of Nursing offers a baccalaureate program comprised of three routes for degree completion: a two-year route for degree holders, a two and one-half year route for transfer students and a four-year route for high school students as well as an on-site program at Medicine Hat College, at the completion of which the student is awarded a Bachelor of Nursing degree.

Graduate Studies

Programs leading to Master's degrees and the Doctor of Philosophy degree are offered in conjunction with the Faculty of Graduate Studies
