Profile

Dr. Peters is an occupational and environmental epidemiologist and the co-PI of CAREX Canada (www.carexcanada.ca). She investigates ways to prevent cancer in occupational settings (primarily construction), knowledge translation, and new and emerging health hazards in our work and community environments. She is a Research Scientist at Alberta Health Services (Cancer Epidemiology and Prevention Research), and is appointed as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in both Community Health Sciences and Oncology.
