Profile

Leda is the Director of Operations and Strategic Initiatives in the Department of Community Health Sciences in the Cumming School of Medicine.  She joined the University of Calgary in 1998, and has since held various senior administrative roles in the Haskayne School of Business, the Provost Office, and the Faculty of Nursing.  

 

Leda has a passion for life-long learning and completed her Master's of Education degree with a concentration in Higher Education Leadership in 2015.   She is committed to upholding the University’s leadership competencies and core values, and exemplifies these in her day-to-day interactions with students, faculty and staff.    Leda has also completed the UFundamentals and ULead programs, and is currently undergoing training as a mediator through the Justice Institute of British Columbia in collaboration with the Department of Continuing Education.
