Analysis of the human resource management problems involved in the delivery of hospitality and travel services including recruitment, selection, training and development, motivation, compensation, communication, unionism and labour market issues. Emphasis will be on leadership and the linkages with human resources strategy and overall business objectives. Prerequisite: Third year standing.
