Bio

Heechun Kim is an Associate Professor of Strategy and Global Management at the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. His research interests include strategic leadership, family firms, and emerging market multinationals. His research has been published in top-tier journals, such as Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, and Journal of International Business Studies. He received the 2020 Dean’s Innovative Research Award from the Haskayne School of Business.

Dr. Kim joined the Haskayne School of Business in 2017. He received his Ph.D. in strategic management from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business.
