ARKY 505 - Topics Of Debate - Winter 2008

This course will focus on topics currently being debated in archaeology and human biology from a perspective that emphasizes philosophical, theoretical and methodological issues. Specific issues addressed will vary each semester and generally correlate with on-going senior thesis research. Opportunities to discuss the research process will be provided. The course is designed to hone students' critical, analytical and debating skills, and as preparation for graduate studies.
This course may not be repeated for credit.

Notes

  • Archaeology 505 should be taken in the final year of the program.

  • Archaeology 451.
