Profile

Dr. Claire Barber completed undergraduate studies, medical school and internal medicine training at Dalhousie University. She completed a rheumatology fellowship in rheumatology at the University of Toronto and a PhD in epidemiology at the University of Calgary. Currently she is an assistant professor in the Departments of Medicine and Community Health Sciences at the University of Calgary and also a Research Scientist with Arthritis Research Canada.  Her research interests include the development, testing and implementation of quality metrics for healthcare systems.
