Melanie Rock, MSW, PhD (Anthropology), RSW
Dr. Melanie Rock has postgraduate training in anthropology, social work, and health promotion (PhD, McGill University; MSW, University of Toronto; PDF, Université de Montréal). She is a Professor at the University of Calgary, where her primary appointment is in the Cumming School of Medicine (Department of Community Health Sciences). At the University of Calgary, she also has adjunct appointments in the Faculty of Arts (Department of Anthropology and Archeology) and in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (Department of Ecosystem and Public Health). She is registered with the Alberta College of Social Workers.
