CPSC 441 - Computer Networks - Winter 2017

Principles and practice in modern telecommunications, computer communications and networks. Layered communication protocols and current physical, data link, network and internet protocol layers. Circuit switching, packet switching, and an introduction to broadband multimedia networking.
This course may not be repeated for credit.

  • One of Computer Science 319 or 331 and one of Computer Science 325, 359, or Computer Engineering 369.

Antirequisite(s)

  • Credit for both Computer Science 441 and Electrical Engineering 573 will not be allowed.
