Team based design applying conceptual and preliminary design principles to civil engineering projects. Use of virtual reality/augmented reality to support the design. Application of the design process to open-ended projects that encompass the subdisciplines of civil engineering. Effective oral and written communication of the design proposal through engineering drawings, technical reports and models.
