The Human Environment The study of people, their origins, culture, technology, economy and impact on the environment. The manner in which people attempt to impose order upon the surface of the earth. Concepts of relative location are introduced with particular regard to both the external orientation and internal organization of urban areas.
This course may not be repeated for credit.
Prerequisite(s)
- Geography 205 or admission to the Major or Minor in Geography, Earth Science, Environmental Science, Urban Studies, or Latin American Studies or the Minor in Transportation Studies
