MGIS 467 - e-Business - Winter 2013

Management and technical issues related to the purchase, design, and implementation of online technologies to enable a range of organizational and business relationships, models and strategies. Topics includedeveloping an e-technology strategy; business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) marketing; customer relationship management (CRM); supply chain management (SCM); planning, developing, and maintaining web sites and supporting information systems; business processes; online payments; legal, privacy, and security issues; and the use of e-technology for intra-organizational purposes. The course provides for practical experience with current technologies through an applied course project.
This course may not be repeated for credit.
