PLMA 477 - Introduction to Oil and Gas Agreements - Winter 2013

The concepts of ownership in the Canadian oil and gas industry, including Crown and freehold leases, basic oil and gas agreements, and assignment documentation.
This course may not be repeated for credit.

Prerequisite(s)

  • Admission to the Bachelor of Commerce program, competitive admission to the Petroleum Land Management concentration, successful completion of 10 full-course equivalents including one half 200-level course in Geologyand Business and Environment 395, or holder of a Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent or consent of the Haskayne School of Business.
