OPMA 301 - Introduction to Production and Operations Management - Winter 2016

A survey of the decision processes in production and operations management and their relationship to other business functions. Topics include project planning and scheduling, inventory management, materials requirements planning, quality management, capacity planning, facilities layout, and supply chain management.
This course may not be repeated for credit.

  • Not available for credit toward the Bachelor of Commerce degree. Until August 15, preference in enrolment is given to students who have declared a Management and Society minor.

Prerequisite(s)

  • Any 200-level Mathematics or Statistics 213 (or equivalent, excluding Statistics 201), Entrepreneurship and Innovation 201 or consent of the Haskayne School of Business.
