MGST 705 - Introduction to Research - Winter 2024

Provides critical insights into the research process through the development of skills associated with the evaluation and use of extant research. Emphasis is on critical reading of introductions, theoretical arguments, methods and results sections of experimental and non-experimental research papers. The focus is on relating the methodology and findings to the theoretical and conceptual arguments presented. Discussions regarding the validity and appropriateness of the methodologies utilized are used to facilitate an understanding of research contributions.
This course may not be repeated for credit.
