AMAT 307 - Differential Equation Engineers - Spring 2008

Definition, existence and uniqueness of solutions, first and second order equations with applications, series solutions about regular points and singular points, special functions. Laplace transform, systems of equations.
This course may not be repeated for credit.

  • Mathematics 211 or 221; and Applied Mathematics 219[AMAT219] or both Mathematics 253[MATH253] or 263 or 283[MATH283] plus 114[MATH114].
