About me:

I am a PhD Spanish Student focusing on the study of political affects inside Latin American Cinema. I am interested in media/ narratives and the relationships they engage into as they frame individuals and vice versa.

I obtained my bachelor’s degree at Universidad Central de Venezuela in Letras ( Language and Latin American Literature). After that, I received a scholarship Erasmus Mundus for the Master Crossways in Cultural Narratives, where my interest grew around political issues and aesthetics.

Currently, I am studying different Affects Theories and approaches to explore Political Representation Through Children's Subjectivities in recent Latin American films.
