Biography

Pat joined the Faculty of Law in 1986 and has taught legislation and criminal law.

Law 599: Legal Practice -Parliamentary Procedure

Research/Scholarly Activities

Pat's academic interest is concentrated in the criminal, administrative and police law areas.

Professional Service

Pat is a former member of the Calgary Police Commission and served as Chair of the Alberta Law Enforcement Review Board from 1992 to 2001.
