Focuses on examining and evaluating the business and managerial skills necessary for mid-level and senior leadership roles in healthcare organizations. Topics will include organizational structures; strategic, operational, financial and project planning; human resources; and evaluating organizational performance. Competencies for entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship in the context of healthcare service delivery will also be explored.
