MATH 221 - Linear Algebra For Science & Engg - Spring 2008

Systems of equations and matrices, vectors, matrix representations, and determinants. Complex numbers, polar coordinates. Eigenvalues, eigenvectors. Applications in the physical sciences.
This course may not be repeated for credit.

Prerequisite(s)

A grade of 70 per cent or higher in Pure Mathematics 30 or a grade of "B-" or above in Mathematics II (offered by Continuing Education)
